About

A different kind of infrastructure partner.

We were founded on a simple frustration: enterprise infrastructure had become a procurement exercise instead of a craft. Too many vendors, too little accountability, too much rework. Glass House exists to fix that — by building physical networks the way they used to be built, but for the systems your business will run a decade from now.

Our story

Built by engineers who got tired of explaining why projects ran late.

Glass House Technologies started inside the field crews and engineering rooms of large infrastructure programs. Our founders watched enterprise clients sign multi-million-dollar deployments, only to spend the next 18 months chasing seven vendors for one outcome.

We rebuilt the model from the floor up. One team. One contract. One PM. One escalation path. We hire BICSI-credentialed designers, RCDDs, fusion-splice technicians, and certified low-voltage installers — and we keep them on staff, not as 1099s. We invest in tooling, fleet, and inventory so we don't have to apologize for delays.

The result is the kind of infrastructure partner that quietly becomes a strategic asset — the one your CTO mentions by name in the board deck.

Mission

Build infrastructure that outlasts the technologies that ride on top of it.

If we do our job right, your network is invisible. Your floors don't flood with vendor trucks. Your IT director sleeps. That is the bar.

Values

Four principles, applied to every project.

01

Precision

Every cable, every label, every termination is a piece of engineering — not a piece of plumbing. We obsess over the small things because they compound across the lifespan of the network.

02

Accountability

One PM, one phone number, one escalation path. We don't hand off blame between trades. If something is in our scope, it's our problem until you tell us otherwise.

03

Longevity

We design for 25-year horizons, not 25-month refresh cycles. The most expensive infrastructure is the kind that gets ripped out two years early because nobody planned for what came next.

04

Partnership

The best engagements outlast the engagement that started them. We optimize for the relationship — not the change order.

Built differently

Why our model holds up under enterprise pressure.

01

Engineering-led sales.

Every consultation starts with an engineer on the line — not a quota-carrying generalist. By the time you're signing a statement of work, the person who designed it is the person on your team.

02

In-house crews, not staffing brokers.

Our installers are W-2 employees with continuing certifications and ID badges — a crew we invest in, not a staffing broker's roster. That changes everything about quality consistency.

03

Documented as we go.

Every deployment ends with stamped as-builts, test reports, asset lists, labeling schemas, and a digital handoff package — handed to your team, not filed in a closet.

04

Single accountable program.

The same team that designed it deployed it. The same team that deployed it manages it. Continuity across every phase — without the institutional amnesia that comes from vendor swaps.
