The short version: we collect what you send us and how the site is used, we use it to do the work you asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone. The long version follows.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email, phone, company, and project details when you submit a contact form, book a consultation, apply for a job, apply to the partner program, or subscribe to Insights. Job applications may include a resume or LinkedIn URL you choose to share.
Order information when you buy hardware from our store. Payments are processed by Stripe — card numbers go to Stripe, not to us. We keep what we need to fulfill and support your order: what you bought, where to ship it, and how to reach you.
Basic, first-party analytics: the pages you visit, the referring site, device type, country, and a random session identifier that lives only in your browser tab session. We built this ourselves. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site anything.
How we use it
To respond when you ask us to — quotes, consultations, support, hiring, and partnership review. To fulfill orders and provide the services you engage us for. To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it. To send you Insights articles if you subscribed — and only if you subscribed.
What we share (and what we never do)
We share data only with the service providers that make the site run: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and our hosting infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We will disclose information if a law or court order requires it, and we will tell you when we legally can.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us — an open inquiry, an order and its warranty, an active application. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
Email admin@ght.network to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate. The site works fine with all optional data declined — analytics never gates functionality.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored on access-controlled infrastructure we manage, and available only to the people who need it to serve you. We practice the same discipline with your data that we sell with your network.
Children
This site is for businesses and working professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes get a notice on this page, not a silent edit.
