Using this site
ght.network is operated by Glass House Technologies ("GHT", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you’re using the site on behalf of a company, you’re agreeing for that company too.
Content on this site — including Insights articles — is general information, not engineering advice for your specific facility. Buildings differ; codes differ; get a site-specific assessment before making infrastructure decisions.
Store orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but never after you’ve placed an order. If we list a price in obvious error, we’ll contact you before charging anything.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not promises — we’ll tell you promptly if something is delayed.
Returns: unused hardware in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email admin@ght.network to start a return. Defective items are replaced at our cost — that one has no time limit games; if we built it wrong, we make it right.
Professional services
Design, installation, and managed services engagements are governed by the statement of work and master agreement signed for that engagement — not by this page. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Glass House Technologies. You’re welcome to link to and quote our articles with attribution; please don’t republish them wholesale or use our marks without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the information accurate but don’t warrant that every page is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to a store purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts covering Madison County, Alabama.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
