Project-specific standards
Each proposal identifies the standards, authority requirements, test method, and acceptance evidence that apply to that site and scope. References such as ANSI/TIA, NEC, local AHJ requirements, or manufacturer procedures are included only where they govern the quoted work.
Licensing & insurance
Licensing, insurance, permitting, and certificate requirements are verified for the project jurisdiction and contracting structure before mobilization. Current documents for the quoted engagement are available through the procurement review.
Workforce
GHT uses direct team members and vetted delivery partners according to the program. The proposal defines the named project owner and any role-specific licensing, manufacturer authorization, screening, identification, or site-access requirements.
Documentation & handoff
The statement of work names the closeout package for the exact scope. Depending on the project, that may include labels, test results, photos, as-built drawings, asset lists, training records, or approved exceptions.
How we handle your information
Client drawings, credentials, camera footage paths, and network documentation are treated as confidential by default, shared inside GHT only with the team on your project, stored on access-controlled systems, and returned or destroyed at your direction when an engagement ends. We sign NDAs without drama. Our own data practices are documented in our privacy policy.
Warranties
Every proposal separates GHT workmanship coverage from any manufacturer-backed equipment or system warranty. Duration, exclusions, required testing, installer authorization, registration, and the party responsible for each remedy are stated for the exact system quoted. No blanket term is implied.
