Compliance & trust

Glass walls hold up to inspection.

Procurement teams and building inspectors ask the same fair question: prove it. This page is the standing answer — the standards we build to, the credentials behind the work, and how we treat what you share with us.

01

Standards we build to

Every design and installation follows ANSI/TIA-568 (cabling), TIA-569 (pathways), TIA-606 (labeling and administration), and TIA-607 (grounding and bonding), alongside BICSI best practices, the National Electrical Code, and local AHJ requirements. Fiber end-faces are inspected to IEC 61300-3-35. These aren’t aspirations — they’re the acceptance criteria in our own test plans.

02

Licensing & insurance

Glass House Technologies is low-voltage licensed and carries general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request for any engagement — ask before the first site visit and it will be in your inbox the same day.

03

Workforce

Our crews are W-2 Glass House employees, not brokered labor. Technicians carry company ID on site, work under a named project manager, and maintain continuing certifications — BICSI credentials for installation staff and manufacturer certifications for the systems we deploy.

04

Documentation & handoff

Every project closes with the paperwork that proves the work: certification test reports for every run, labeling to TIA-606, as-built drawings, and asset lists — delivered to you, not filed in our closet. If a future vendor can’t figure out what we built, we consider that our failure.

05

How we handle your information

Client drawings, credentials, camera footage paths, and network documentation are treated as confidential by default — shared inside GHT only with the team on your project, stored on access-controlled systems, and returned or destroyed at your direction when an engagement ends. We sign NDAs without drama. Our own data practices are documented in our privacy policy.

06

Warranties

Certified structured-cabling installations qualify for manufacturer-backed system warranties of up to 25 years when installed with matched components and passing certification results — and we hand you the test data those warranties stand on. Workmanship issues are ours to fix, full stop.
