These are editable, unsigned project templates. We complete the applicable fields and attachments for your actual site before issuing the exact agreement through our signing workflow. Downloading or filling a template does not place an order or subscribe you to a service.

The signed scope identifies equipment, quantities, price, warranty, work windows, customer responsibilities and acceptance tests. Installation acceptance records test evidence and exceptions. A managed-service schedule is signed separately when ongoing support is purchased.
