Price and service boundaries
- Planning prices are confirmed in a written scope before work or recurring billing begins. Existing signed agreements keep their agreed terms.
- Hardware, third-party licenses, tax and separately scoped work are included only where expressly listed. Changes require an approved price before work proceeds.
- This published support package has a five-user minimum. For fewer users or a different mix of systems, request a custom scope.
- The monthly total covers the listed users, devices and sites plus selected add-ons. Each supported user includes one primary business computer; additional devices are scoped separately.
- Remote support is delivered during the business-hours window and time zone agreed before activation. Response targets, cancellation and renewal terms are written into the agreement.
- On-site visits, projects, hardware replacement, backup storage and after-hours coverage are separately quoted. Emergency dispatch coordination does not include field labor or guarantee arrival.
