Put Keycard 4 to work

Badge access on every door that matters, no monthly fee. Designed for small offices and shops with multiple controlled entries. The starting scope is 4 doors; the item quantities below define the build and the survey confirms suitability.

Control employee entry

Give authorized staff access at the listed doors and schedules. Test valid and invalid credentials, door-position reporting, and access changes during handover.

Separate operating areas

Use access groups for offices, stockrooms, or other approved zones. Each opening needs its own hardware and life-safety coordination; reader count alone does not define the door design.

Manage changes without rekeying

Add, suspend, and remove electronic credentials through the selected platform. Remote administration and mobile credentials depend on the platform, license, and connectivity selected.

Hubbell jacks are matched to the approved rapid termination tool. Panduit panels use their specified compatible terminations; Mini-Com panels do not imply universal Hubbell jack fit. Existing links and new materials are surveyed before reuse or substitution.

  • Approved power, network, cable routes, and cutover plan; UniFi kits require compatible controller hosting and PoE++ power at each hub

Outside the starting scope

  • Replacement doors, frames, glazing, or extensive mechanical work
  • Fire-alarm modifications and approvals unless explicitly included
  • Extra credentials, licenses, visitor systems, and recurring monitoring beyond the listed scope

Price and service boundaries

  • Planning prices are confirmed in a written scope before work or recurring billing begins. Existing signed agreements keep their agreed terms.
  • Hardware, third-party licenses, tax and separately scoped work are included only where expressly listed. Changes require an approved price before work proceeds.
  • Installation planning prices assume standard access and a site within about a one-hour drive of our Huntsville office. Additional delivery costs for other locations are quoted before approval; saving a jobsite does not add them to this package total.
  • Standard cable runs allow up to 150 feet per run in accessible indoor pathways, mounting up to 12 feet, termination, labels and the agreed test report. Lifts, conduit, trenching, difficult access and extended runs are separately scoped.
  • Compatible Hubbell outlets and Panduit rack options are specified by exact part number. Cable rating, test method, storage retention and warranty are confirmed in the final bill of materials and acceptance scope.
  • Published networking package matching uses the value-component configuration. Preferred Hubbell/Panduit components are available through a revised equipment schedule and project price; they are not silently substituted into a different bill of materials.
