Pay starts at $20-25/hr and climbs to $40 as you certify and take ownership, with BICSI, OSHA, and manufacturer certs paid on the clock. Responsibilities
- Pull, terminate, test, and label copper and fiber on live jobs.
- Install cameras, access control, wireless, and the pathway that feeds them.
- Leave every port documented. Photos, test results, labels that match the drawing.
- Travel with a Glass House crew. Most of the year is on the road.
- Learn the next skill on the clock. Certs are part of the job, not homework.
How we measure this seat
- First-pass test results. A failed certifier is a failed day.
- Closeout photos and labels match the as-built.
- You are not the reason a crew waits.
- 30/60/90: helper pace by day 90, then a path to lead.
Who this is for
- Zero experience required. We train the right person.
- Show up on time, take pride in a clean termination, and stay on the job until it is done.
- Willing to travel the U.S. on a crew. This is not a job you go home from every night.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license preferred.
