You design and commission the campus and data-center networks our crews then build. Cisco, Juniper, Arista. CCNP or JNCIP a plus. You set the technical bar, mentor juniors, and stand behind the design when it hits the field.

Responsibilities

  • Design campus and data-center networks the field can actually build.
  • Commission, validate, and stand behind the design on site.
  • Set the technical bar: addressing, routing, wireless, and the drawings that match.
  • Mentor juniors so the next design is not a one-person bottleneck.
  • Work with PMs and superintendents when the building disagrees with the paper.

How we measure this seat

  • Designs commission without a rewrite on the floor.
  • Field questions get an answer the same day.
  • Juniors can copy the standard without calling you for every VLAN.

Who this is for

  • Hands-on campus or data-center design and commissioning. Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
  • CCNP or JNCIP a plus. A lab and a cut sheet beat a stack of logos.
  • You will go on site. This is not a slide-only seat.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
