You build the robots. Assemble, wire, test, and iterate on automation prototypes: motors, drivers, sensors, harnesses, printed and machined parts. Microcontrollers or industrial controls preferred. This is a bench and a bay in Huntsville, not a slideshow.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, wire, test, and iterate on automation prototypes.
  • Motors, drivers, sensors, harnesses, printed and machined parts.
  • Keep a build log. The next person has to reproduce what you did.
  • Work in the Huntsville bay, not a slideshow.

  • A prototype that runs without you holding it together.
  • Harnesses and parts are labeled and repeatable.
  • Failures are written down, not shrugged off.
