Salary, based on experience · Remote, Nationwide (U.S.) · Full-time
You own the program. Multi-site rollouts from contract through closeout, scopes, schedules, RFIs, and the customer relationship. This is how Glass House takes a building from empty pathway to a certified network. PMP preferred. Low-voltage construction experience required.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-site programs from contract through certified closeout.
- Keep scope, schedule, and RFIs in one place the customer can trust.
- Coordinate superintendents and vendors so the customer is never the referee.
- Flag money and schedule risk before it becomes a surprise.
- Hand the field a package they can build, not a pile of emails.
How we measure this seat
- Program hits the committed dates.
- RFIs answered before they stall a crew.
- Change orders are written, not verbal.
- Customer has one phone number, and it is yours.
Who this is for
- Low-voltage or technology construction experience required. PMP preferred.
- You have run a multi-site rollout, not just sat in meetings about one.
- Clear writing. The field and the customer both have to understand you.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. Travel to sites as the program needs.
What you get
- Remote, nationwide. Travel to sites when the program needs you on the floor.
- You work the same company that puts crews in the field and ships its own tools.
- Paid training on the clock.
