Project Manager | Enterprise Deployments

Salary, based on experience · Remote, Nationwide (U.S.) · Full-time

You own the program. Multi-site rollouts from contract through closeout, scopes, schedules, RFIs, and the customer relationship. This is how Glass House takes a building from empty pathway to a certified network. PMP preferred. Low-voltage construction experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Own multi-site programs from contract through certified closeout.
  • Keep scope, schedule, and RFIs in one place the customer can trust.
  • Coordinate superintendents and vendors so the customer is never the referee.
  • Flag money and schedule risk before it becomes a surprise.
  • Hand the field a package they can build, not a pile of emails.

How we measure this seat

  • Program hits the committed dates.
  • RFIs answered before they stall a crew.
  • Change orders are written, not verbal.
  • Customer has one phone number, and it is yours.

Who this is for

  • Low-voltage or technology construction experience required. PMP preferred.
  • You have run a multi-site rollout, not just sat in meetings about one.
  • Clear writing. The field and the customer both have to understand you.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. Travel to sites as the program needs.

What you get

  • Remote, nationwide. Travel to sites when the program needs you on the floor.
  • You work the same company that puts crews in the field and ships its own tools.
  • Paid training on the clock.
